ShenZhenZhixiangyuan Electronics co.,Ltd. Hosts Technical Training on High-Power Magnetic Components Led by Japanese Expert

To enhance technical expertise and encourage engineering knowledge sharing, Zhixiangyuan Electronics recently held an internal training session on three-phase and single-phase low-frequency high-power magnetic components. Led by a senior engineering expert from Japan, the session covered product design, applications, manufacturing processes, and quality control.

The training covered the design and application of three-phase and single-phase low-frequency magnetic components, including high-power reactors, transformers, and Power Conditioning System (PCS) solutions. Technical presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations provided practical insights into design, manufacturing, and quality control.

During the session, the Japanese engineering expert reviewed the classification and applications of high-power low-frequency reactors across industrial automation, renewable energy, rail transit, energy storage, and power quality systems. The training also covered the operating principles and applications of AC input and output reactors, harmonic filters, and DC reactors, with a focus on harmonic mitigation, power factor correction, inverter and motor protection, and system reliability.

The session expanded to PCS design and the use of AC reactors in photovoltaic and energy storage systems. It also covered the structural design of large three-phase reactors and the manufacturing process for large single-phase DC reactors, including winding, assembly, vacuum impregnation, electrical testing, and final inspection.

During the technical session, particular emphasis was placed on the core electrical specifications that determine reactor and transformer performance. The Japanese engineering expert explained how power rating, operating voltage, rated current, inductance, reactance percentage (impedance), insulation class, temperature rise, and cooling methods directly affect system stability, harmonic suppression, energy efficiency.

Beyond product design, the training covered key manufacturing and engineering capabilities behind reliable magnetic solutions. Topics included automated winding, precision testing, quality control, process consistency, and technical evaluation. The session also introduced the company's strengths in customized design, electrical parameter optimization, prototype development, and application engineering to support diverse industrial requirements.
